I’ve been there

Every sleepy yawn, every wee hand.

When my boys were babies, I wanted to take photographs every single second so I could remember all the tiny details, the little sleepy yawns, the wee hands gripping onto my finger. So cute!

An in-home newborn session is completely baby-led. All the images are as natural as possible. Take a wee moment to enjoy those wee baby snuggles and relax while I capture all the details you’ll want to remember.

In the comfort of your own home

I’ve been there! It takes longer to get the baby and all the accompaniments into the car than it does to actually drive to where you need to go. Babies sure do need a lot of stuff, don’t they?!

The beauty of in-home newborn photography sessions is that they take place in the comfort of your own home, so all you have to do is sit back, relax, have a cuppa, enjoy a wee bosie or two with your new wee bundle…

There is no need to tidy up or have special outfits for the occasion! My mission is for you to feel relaxed and not be stressed about me being there so I can focus on telling your story and the emotions that come as part and parcel of these life-changing days.

Siblings and fur-babies welcome!

I love it when big brother or sister get involved, and there have been a few sessions where furry babies have got in on the action too!

No props required…

I want to capture your baby just as they are. No props are used but if you have a special blanket, or teddy, or anything you want to include, just let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your wishes.

Newborn sessions are available for babies up to 3 months old.

If your baby is older and you would still like a session, please book a family in-home session.
